Installation Error

Hi,I downloaded the trial version and i can't get it to work.

First the 0xc000007b error occured thereafter i installed the 4 .dll files in safe mode.

But after restarting the computer there appeared another issue Bitdefender services don't react.The vsserv.exe file is not available.Try rebooting computer and i did a few times but no result.

I'm in need of a good anti-virus program but i need one that will actually work on my system windows7,64 bit,2.4Ghz,4G RAM.

If you had already modified/installed the 4 .dll files in safe mode from the KB article that ONT posted, and now have the issues mentioned after a restart, try a repair, and see if that helps: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35489

Unfortunatly i wasn't able to get bitdefender to work so i gave up on it and installed another anti-virus program.Maybe i can enjoy bitdefender next year.Thanks for your message.

If you revert to Bitdefender again, try the procedure here in this post according to your skill level
