Problems Installing Internet Security 2013

I am new to this forum. I just recently installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. I recently received an email from Bitdefender w/ 3 codes and good for one year licenses.


Anyhow, I downloaded the file and installed it on my Dell computer running Windows XP Pro. After installation, I rebooted the computer. Then when I logged back on, I can no longer do anything. The computer freezes up after Bitdefender loads. I cannot click on Start, open Firefox or do anything. My computer is frozen. The mouse moves, but when I even click on an icon, it does not even select it.


So what happened? Please help. This is really frustrating me.

    Disable IDS and AVC and then check.
