Could Not Validate The License Key
i have bought bitdefender internet security 2013 recently, when i installed it and tried registering my license key, it displayed a message as "we were not able to validate the license you entered.please try again or you can contact customer support to get help with this issue"
i have contacted the customer care, they told me to uninstall and reinstall the bitdefender software. i tried it, but the same thing happened again
even they tried replacing the key, the same thing repeated.
they told me to try live assistance, in that they provided me a link and asked me to download it, i have downloaded it, but the same message displayed when i entered the license key,
really fed up and came to this forum atlast, please provide me a solution
