Cant Get Tech Support To Help Me
I had been having issues since Feb 15th that i contacted Tech Support by first time. My bit defender turned off by itself and while off i got a trojan, i turned it on again, and it supposedly cleaned my system, but since then my system slows down without reason. Tech Support made me uninstall Norton Online Back Up even if it was not an antivirus but they refused to acknowledge my complains about it so i uninstalled, run all the tools they asked and didnt hear back from them since then, 6 days ago. Im starting to wonder if they are waiting for my license to expire, which will happen in 30 days. Of course im sooooooooo not willing to renew it, i got better tech support service from Norton even when i was uninstalling their products.
