Serious Problem
I am missing various files that are apparently irrecoverable at the moment. I had no option whether they would be removed or not. I think that this is a serious issue that needs to be taken care of immediately. If not, there should be some sort of compensation. I payed good money for my keylogger made by Refog to monitor my machine when I am away and now all of its files are missing. I have also lost various integrity testing tools that I use for my profession at a college as various study materials for students.. The only answer I have found is that "we are working on it."
Something like this should have been beta tested and anticipated by professional developers before releasing software of this nature.
There has to be more information on recovering my files and what should be done about this.
False Positives should be considered when making this type of software or even worse problems can occur.
What exactly is being done about this?
