I really often get the special message :
Bitdefender VSSERV has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Even sending the error report does not work : Submission failed (9) or (11).
After this message i need to manually reactivate Bitdefender because all status icons exept parental control are red.
I also get the standard windows message that antivirus and firewall aren't active, wich is normal when Bitdefender is on red alert.
The question is, is this a Bitdefender server problem or do i need to fixe something on my software settings ?, everything is set on default.
The internet connectivity of my sys is 100% ok !, Windows firewall is inactive. Windows XP 32 bit SP2.
