Purchased, Or Did I ?

Downloaded trial of Total Security 2008, installed,updated and working fine.

Decided to press the BUY button, went up to BitDefender site and it displayed Bitdefender Pro. I thought (wrongly) that this was an internal name.

I received my key an inserted it into the appropriate box, I was informed that it was a key for the wrong product. Tried ti contact BitDefender support and

have received no reply. Looks like I wasted £30..... <img class= " />

BitDefender Professional Plus is the discontinued product. If you have such license key that only works for BitDefender Internet Security 2008. This is only a user forum. The best thing is contacting live chat. Which you will find here.Select customer care.

Tried the Live chat and no joy, got there phone number and called them. Nice guy answered, said he would pass it on to customer services and I should receive an email within the hour. Still nothing . I think someone is taking the micky here, take your money and give you a key for a different piece of software that does not exist anymore. BitDefender need to get there act together. I have found the phone number for UK country manager, have a guess who I am ringing in the morning. <_<
