New Product Key Invalid

i have a problem, when i try to activate the new bitdefender av 2013 product key which i bought at computer shop it always goes to INVALID KEY, please help i can,t fix this problem...please response ASAP i need your expertise answer

Please please post here a support tool log to see what is wrong:

If the file is too big to attach, upload it on

http://www.sendspace.com or http://www.mediafire.com

and just post the download link.

Also, please send me a PM with the error message you get when you try to register the key in the product. Don't post it on forum. If you do, then make sure to erase your Bitdefender key from the picture.

If you were already asked to generate this information, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID.
