I live in Finland. My 30-day trial with Bitdefender Total Security ran out, so I clicked "buy" button. I got into page

and available products were

BitDefender Internet Security v10 EUR 53.14

BitDefender Antivirus Plus v10 EUR 37.5

BitDefender Antivirus v10 EUR 30.35

What? I used "Total Security". Are these new versions? Which corresponds with the version I trialed?

Then I noticed this was a Norwegian page. What the h*** I'm doing here? So I clicked

worldwide/english

and got to a page

where clicking "Home / Home Office" got me into page with

BitDefender Antivirus 2008 $24.95 (1 user, 1 year)

BitDefender Internet Security 2008 $39.95 (1 user, 1 year)

BitDefender Total Security 2008 $59.95 (1 user, 1 year)

Ok. Now I'm totally confused. Finnish review pointed out that you get 2 PC 2-year licence, now I see you have only 1 year available. And is this "Internet Security 2008" newer version than "Internet Security version 10", or is it the same?

But wait: I'm not any longer in "worldwide/english"! The link "home products" apparently brought me to "United States/english" pages. Darn. I click back to "worldwide/english" area, and there I see a "featured product" Total Security 2008, ok I click that. I get again a new set of licence and price choices.

Still no explanation what corresponds to trial version I used. I see product comparison chart in

and in

http://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/antiv...link=homeoficon

it does not make it any more sense. And clicking "special offer" gets me back to Norway page.

There are two shops, one is

at https://sshop.element5.com and one at http://store.digitalriver.com

I wanted to pay with Paypal. You seem to be able to pay with Paypal in element5 shop, not in digitalriver shop.

It's a mess from client viewpoint.

Ok, now the issues!

These are not the only sites that sell BD products, there are 100’ of Affiliates and Resellers around the world who can help you.

Start here - http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Partnership/list/ - find the Country and Partner, and then email them to see if the have a PayPal account that you can pay into to pay for your BD purchase.

Even on this list, not all Resellers are listed and for some reason, the 100’s of affiliates around the world are not listed at all.

Try this one for Finland - http://www.itadmina.fi/epages/TP.sf BD is 1st in the menu item on the left – click the + to open it and you will see the BD products that they list.

If you have problems, just tell me what you want to buy i.e. BDIS or BDTS - what currency you want to pay in (so I can convert it for you when you pay with PayPal – convert your currency to USD or AUD) and I will try and help you so that you can get what you want and pay for it using PayPal.
