Crashing Outlook 2010

I installed Total Security 2013, and have had the Outlook 2010 add-in crash numerous times. Is there a know problem or fix for this?

    If you are unable to upload the files here, you can put them on www.sendspace.com or www.mediafire.com and post the download links.


    If you were already asked to generate the log file, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID.
