I don't know how it happened, but I have a link on the desktop for .mp4 video that I am not able to delete. When I try, I get message:
File open in BitDefender virus shield.
Attach the snapshot of the error please.
Restart Windows and then delete the file. Sometimes Windows gets hung up like that. In fact I just had it happen with some software I was updating a couople of hours ago.
Try to delete in Windows Safe Mode.
