I just bought and downloaded the multi-pack for 5 computers. When I attempt to install, this is what I get:
I click the the greem button to continue installation, and I get this:
This shows for about two seconds, then NOTHING. No messages, pop-ups errors...nothing!
Please help. This is a brand new computer with nothing on it other than the Microsoft defender, and Microsoft Security Essentials which ccame pre-installed on the PC.
Thanks for any suggestions; but I really prefer a QUICK FIX
