Question For An Admin Regarding Personal Information

I hope someone from BitDefender can reply...

I no longer contract your services, but I almost fell victim to your Auto-Renewal Scam/Fraud. Apparently, I have been unsubscribed (thank God!).

My question is this... is any of my information still on file with your company? If so, can you please delete it? I do not want an F-rated BBB company to have ANY of my personal information on file. How can I request that you delete all of my information, and how can I be sure that it has been deleted, since I no longer trust your organization with any of my personal details. Or is there a way I can delete my personal information from your databases myself? If so, how do I do this?
