URGENT BitDefender Expiry date truncated!!!
Several of our customers who are running BitDefender9 or 10 have called us with the same problem in the last two days: They have been receiving pop-up messages saying that their BitDefender is due to expire imminently and they need to renew their licences. In each case the licence previously had several months to run but now shows that it expires on 14th May 2007! One customer in particular is very upset since 6 of their systems have been affected. He suspects that we are been deliberately conned by BitDefender and wants to know who is going to foot the bill to sort it all out. The fact that all the affected licenses will now expire in 3 days time has caused panic and distress.
Has anybody else here suffered this problem?
To the BitDefender team:
We need some urgent help here. Protection will cease imminently leaving our clients exposed to attack. Why did this happen? Is there a fix that will restore the expiry dates to what the should be?

I had this problem but there is a patch that should fix this.It was recomanded by the live support a while ago and i don't know if it's effective anymore.To get the patch please contact live assistence or give me your email adress where i can send it to you as an attachment.
