Supposed Supported

It's a month I'm trying to make it work and it didn't seem such a huge challenge.


My setup up it's terribly standard.


Intel Pentium 4


After all the always very delayed answers from the support team, it still didn't work.


I have to turn off the firewall cause it closes the connection to the line.


SO, I'm using the Windows Firewall.


Now, after the last one (Step_A + Step_E, you know what) the software says the drivers are disabled.

  • I completely understand your frustration! I've been asking for support setting up our server & network with Small Office Security. You know that 24/7 support you get......ROFL yeah right! I was informed at 3:00pm that tech support for businesses wouldnt be available for 6 more hours! That means in order to get support I'd have to stay at my office until 9:00pm before I could talk to anyone! Seems they're in Romania and the US office wasnt open. Am I just crazy or does 24/7 support not mean 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I've gotten their email instructions......if that's what you want to call them. This is ridiculous. I've never had a problem with Bitdefenders support before, but evidently this is the sign of the times. Sell it but dont support it. Are there any software companies out there that REALLY support their product and customers? If you hear of one let me know. As it stands right now, I'm going to try to get my money back. Your software is only as good as your support, so.........it must not be worth the money we paid for it.
