What To Do About Supposed Infected Items

Since I have ran Safego, the same alleged infections or scams or whatever are still there from months ago. What good is this app if it can't resolve this stuff. I've ran scans for malware and it never finds any yet this stuff is constantly being flagged as malware. Yet what can I do about it? I get a prompt to go to my Bitdefender and it always says to go to some link but when I go to the link it takes me to the BD Safego page. If there's no way of clearing these things should I just shut this down so it doesn't waste bandwidth? I just can't see what I'm getting out of this?
