Email Scan For Microsft Exchange Clients

I am new to this forum, having just joined yesterday. I am hoping someone can help me with this topic.


I have noticed that my incoming and outgoing email is not being scanned for viruses. I have set the custom level to scan email.


Is it possible it is not being scanned as I am not using a POP3/SMTP Server. Instead I am using a Microsoft-Exchange Server for Outlook. Does anyone out there know if I should still be able to scan the email?
