Bitdefender Quick Scan Scans 0 Items

This has been occurring on and off. Why does my quick scan show all zeros after the scan? It says "Scanned Items- 0"

I am about to switch to Kaspersky if this doesn't get fixed..

Ok you just lost yourself a customer. Besides this problem I get startup lag and websites from firefox randomly stop responding. Bitdefender is a piece of ######

SAME PROBLEM HERE... quickscan scans 0 items ... all the updates are there and i have the latest build... is this because of Windows 8.1? i tought all problems were solve with this... I have already repaired my bitdefender IS ... i dont want to uninstall everything unless I understand the problem... plz some one from bitdefender answer...
