Bis Critical Error

Hi,


I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. But kindly take a look at the issue I faced after starting up my PC.


Anyone else having this issue?


Look at 1.jpg then 2.jpg


It happens repeatedly, irregardless if I say Yes or No in 1.jpg. Or send or not in 2.jpg


Could any staff give me any advise on this?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bits on a ASUS G53JW running on Intel i7 Q740 1.73GHz and 8GB RAM.


and my Product ID is... no wait... =P

    Hello Julian Tan,


    Thank you for reporting this issue.


    Please try to repair first Bitdefender by going to Start menu > type appwiz.cpl in the Search bar and hit Enter. Look for Bitdefender in the list of installed programs and click on Uninstall/Remove. Choose 'Repair' and once the process completes restart your PC for the changes to take effect.


    Please let me know how is everything going afterwards.
