I have two accounts now, one for my desktop and one for my android, and they have different email addresses. Any way to consolidate into one account? I tried to change the email on one account but failed.

To do that please choose the email account under which you want to keep MyBitdefender, then register the rest of the keys directly from https://my.bitdefender.com/ > Products > Add license key.
