Please add FEATURE in total security : pop-up blocker in any website

If there was a pop-up blocker , So why does not work?
For example: Use FireFox , please Entering This Website : http://soft98.ir and click one to blank [Light Blue] in page . see 2 new windows is Opened .
If bitdefender can block the Additional windows , What should I do to activate this feature?
