As you know , There are no viruses for Linux
You can add this feature . For example :
When Turn On "Safe Mode Bitdefender" , Changes to Created :
1- System For every thing that is , Allow from user
2- Anything that runs , Reporting to user [autorun , program , and Show Hide process Reporting]
3- Windows will behave like Linux
4- And other features to detect malicious data
