Bsod Irql_gt_zero_at_system_service
Hello all.
I purchased BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2013 in May for one year. All was fine until last night where I've got two BSODs related to BitDefender's Firewall module. I've asked BSOD help here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-suppo...rvice-0x4a.html
According to the second post, the analysis is as followed:
fffff880`09aff978 fffff880`00dd6a9aUnable to load image bdfwfpf.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bdfwfpf.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bdfwfpf.sys
bdfwfpf+0xca9a
bdfwfpf.sys is at fault.
How can you guys fix this?
Thanks in advance.

BSODs need reporting to Technical Support using the Support Tool which can send them product dumps and error logs etc. If you haven't done so, that is the way to get help with issues such as this. However, it may not function properly in your instance because of the BSOD issue.
If you would like to try something, an alternative is to download the uninstaller from the first link below. Make a note of your license code. Restart the PC in windows safe mode and run the uninstaller.
When it finishes, either reinstall the 2013 version or go for the New Bitdefender which you can install with the 2013 license as a free upgrade.

BSODs are usually a result of a bad RAM stick. Have you tried to unplug and replug this? http://www.anvir.com/forum/

@ Trala123
Please upgrade to The New Bitdefender, then check if the issue persists. The upgrade is absolutely free of charge and due to the many improvements brought to this lineup any issues you may have encountered with your current product should be solved.
In order to upgrade to the new version please follow the steps below:

From now on, post in this area of the forum in case you encounter further issues after the upgrade:

Thank you.0
