You have two AVs installed (neither of which is BitDefender, by the way); that may lead to system instability.

C:\Program Files\MyWaySA\SrchAsDe\deSrcAs.dll belongs to the "My Way Search Assistant" adware/spyware family.

The "PeoplePal Toolbar" (C:\Program Files\PeoplePC\Toolbar\PPCToolbar.dll) is also most likely adware.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lxczcoms.exe looks suspicious; attach it here to a post.

The error you're getting could be caused by any of the following:

    - multiple AVs installed

    - the adware components above

    - a poorly-written rootkit (a GMER scan might help)

    - problems related to (recently installed) hardware drivers, unrelated to malware

What did the folks at AVG/McAfee say about this error (since you're using their software, I'm assuming you asked this question on their support forums too) ?
