Problem With Firewall In Bit Ts

what is this problem ? And how can I fix it ?

Hello minh tri,

Welcome to the Bitdefender forums.

It looks like the Bitdefender firewall driver was not installed properly on your Windows 8 system. Please attempt the following steps:

1) Uninstall all other incompatible security solutions (I will PM you the name of those I saw in the screen shots).

2) Update your network adapter driver.

3) Remove the faulty Bitdefender installation. You can use this removal tool:

Right click on it, choose Run as Administrator and reboot the machine when prompted.

4) Reinstall Bitdefender Total Security with the latest kit available here:

Choose according to your Windows architecture.
