Repairing Process Ate All My Free Space And Got Stuck

Repairing process ate all my free space and got stuck so I had no other options but to terminate setup.exe (or whatever it was) from Task Manager.

My C: drive had >2 Gb and now it has ZERO bytes free!!

Could you please tell me where repair/uninstall process put temporary files (in which folder) so I could manually clean them?
