I cannot remote desktop to my PC at work. It gets stuck in "Loading". I have another laptop that does not have BD on it and works just fine. The site requires a Java plug-in.
Is there some settings I need to change?
Remote desktop uses TCP port 3389. Make sure that this isn't blocked.
