Bts Not Seeing Home Wireless Network?
hello. A week ago I renewed/upgraded to the new BTS (currently 17.16.0.729) and installed on two computers -- one runs Windows 7 Starter and the other runs Windows 8. Everything has been working perfectly through last evening's nightly shutdown.
This morning upon starting up these machines, neither is "seeing" my in-home wireless network and, accordingly, I have no internet connection on those computers?! The machines do see my next-door neighbor's network -- but not mine?? All other devices in the home that are not using BD are seeing the network and connected normally...
Can you help me, please?

See if this helps
Shut down your computers. Turn off your router. Wait 15 seconds or whatever the router's manual suggests. Then turn your router back on. When until all lights if any show the router is fully booted. Restart the computers.
I don't know which router you are using but with some routers depending on your ISP you can go to a website, login and see your network configuration, including if you have your wireless connection.
As a general rule it is recommended for best network performance routers be shut down and restarted once a month.0 -
By the way, have you made changes to those PCs yet? You can probably run a simple system restore and see how it goes for you.
