Steam And Other Firewall Problems

So here's my problem... no changes to any Bit Defender Settings.. earlier this morning, and ever since I installed Bitdefender Steam has been working fine... now all of a sudden, Steam access is blocked, even though it's in applications and I've used the recommended settings. Why does it suddenly block Steam ffs?

The strange thing is, also, that when I installed BitDefender on this new system, my GoogleDrive problem went away... can access it without any problems, even though I didn't change any settings from the old PC, where it wouldn't work...

This Firewall is driving me nuts, really... it's so inconsistent.
