Iis8 In Rules

Hello and welcome to the Bitdefender forums!
First of all, make sure you have the following settings in the Bitdefender firewall:
- on the main Bitdefender interface, go to the Firewall panel, make sure it's turned ON then click on Manage Adapters
- select your current adapter and set it this way:
Network Type: Home/Office
Stealth Mode: Off
Generic: Yes
Then, click on Settings > Firewall > General rules > set to Allow: Windows Explorer traffic on FTP
If the issue still persists, here is a knowledge-base article on how to add exceptions in the Bitdefender product (you need to follow only the steps about the Firewall rules):
http://www.bitdefender.com/support/How-to-...tions-1163.html
Direction: IN
Network Protocol: IP
Remote Address: ANY
Transport protocol: TCP
Local Service: 80 From the event, this is the Destination for an incoming packet.
Remote service: 1024-65535 (high random ports are probably used here) From the event, this is the Source for an incoming packet.
Application: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\NTOSKRNL.EXE (no hash)
(if you set a custom port for IIS8 then you should know and add it accordingly in the exception)
Thank you, feel free to reply if you need further assistance.0
