Update Process Alwas Quits With An Undetermined Error -1011

Hi,


I have just downloaded and installed the latest Bitdefender Live CD, and I am very disappointed: I have a cable-based, fast internetconnection, and really tried several times to update the signature files, but sooner or later I always getr an error -1011 saying something unknown went wrong. I don't know how to completely update the CD.


Aren't you aware that this is a product novice users will use? How are they ever supposed to get this working?


I tried another Live CD from another manufacturer, needless to say this one worked flawlessly, but I still want to give Bitdefender a chance. So what am I doing wrong?
