Wallet Vs Browser

I use FF and recently have changed my AV to Bit Defender. BD has Wallet which is a password manager. FF also managed passwords.

Is there any reason that Wallet is more secure than the password manager in FF?

How do they differ?

Thanks,

Jerry

  • Hello Jerry,

The password manager for Mozilla Firefox is not a safe way to store your passwords, as the information is visible for everyone who accesses your computer.

Wallet is the password manager that helps you keep track of your passwords, protects your privacy and provides a secure browsing experience. Moreover, Bitdefender Wallet integrates with more apps and browsers. You have all the details here:

Thank you much, Georgia. I suspected as much, but am not up to speed on such things.

You also have a great weekend. I must admit that my A/C is out and the replacement cannot be done until Wed. Here in southern NM it get pretty hot, but it makes me thankful that I will have cooling soon, and there are millions who do not.

    Regards,
