Something Pops Up On My Computer Every 15 Seconds

Options

Every 30 seconds, I always get these popups (even when I am not connected to the internet)

Is there anything I can do? Because I scanned my computer and BitDefender cannot delete them. Thanks!

    Dear Spartan07,

Please download hijackthis and install it. Start hijackthis and press on Do a system scan and save a logfile. Please post the output of the scan into your next post. I moved your topic to a more appropriate forum section.

    Best regards

    Niels

The files attached on this section cannot be downloaded by other forum members (except Moderators, SuperModerators, Virus Analysts, etc...).

If what you attached is a generic Cleaning Tool, please attach it HERE (it's a topic created for such tools).

    Cris.

P.S.: I've sent the tool through PM, to Spartan07.

Please post another Hijackthis log in your next reply.

It made it disappear for 15 minutes, but it came back again. Some of the files I deleted came back.

I think your system has been infected by SmitFraud - but i'm no completely sure.

Download Ad-aware SE here and update it (the Globe icon, then Connect). Then click on Perform Full System Scan. Uncheck Search for negligible risk entries and click on Next. Eliminate all that Ad-aware finds. (If threats are present please provide a log)

Download SpyBot - Search and Destroy here and install the program. After installing the program, click on Search for Updates and download what the program finds. Click on Search & Destroy and on Check for problems. Delete what it finds.

Also, run Hijackthis again and post another log.

    Thanks

  • Hello,

also, please upload all the files from the C:\Program Files\NetProject folder in a password protected archive.

    Thanks!
