Problem With Offline Update

i got offline update from your site

but when i install it , i face with this message :

some installation files are corrupt

please download a fresh copy

how can i solve this problem?

Looks like you basically have a corrupt installer. Can you post the link where you downloaded the installer?

I am unable to get to the weekly update site. I get a 404 error when trying to connect. I am currently traveling in Brazil. Is this the problem? I have no other connection issues and am connected to a fiber optic internet connection.
