Installation Failure
I purchased one year internet security for my laptop having Windows 7 starter OS.
After downloading the .exe file, I ran 4-5 times in an attempt to install the software.
Installation has three steps i.e. scanning, download n installation.
During First attempt, scanning consumed a lot of time and then nothing progressed.
On successive repeated attempts which necessitated a RESTART everytime, nothing progressed again.
Only once did I reach till completion of scanning and downloading with no further clue on how to install it finally.
Every time the whole process starts all over again from scanning onwards which is irritating.
Since last 11 hours I am attempting to install this SO CALLED good Antivirus... I fail to understand why its called SO.
I have enclosed the screenshot where the process stops for infinite time...
Kindly help me out ..
