If the computer crashes then in that case the bitdefender has not been deactivated from the PC. Then will i be able to install bitdefender on new installation.

    Licenses are counted per PC, not per installation. You can reinstall Bitdefender as many times as you want on the same PC using the same license key. It won't affect the validity of your key.
