Network Adapters Are Missing. Fails To Connect With Security Service. (windows 8, 64-bit)

Currently the firewall is useless. It doesn't detect network adapters, most settings can't be changed and no connection data like transfer logs etc. can be seen. I've had this problem from the start and it seems that there are others with similar problems too.

Reinstall has no effect, the file protection side seems to work fine but firewall is still blank and it also wishes to reboot the system all the time (trying to install the driver?). I've also done a clean install of Windows 8 and still the same problem appears. Most likely the cause is a device driver with my system but I don't have problems with anything else, according to Windows Device Manager all drivers are working and everything works fine. I have the latest drivers and I've downloaded them directly from the source (from chip manufacturers etc. instead of motherboard manufacturer) if possible as I always do. Also I do not have other Security programs installed except for the obvious Windows ones (not Security Essentials).

I've uploaded the Support Tools log to my SkyDrive: http://sdrv.ms/19gkWcP

I've used Bitdefender Total Security with Windows 8, Windows 8.1 Preview and Windows 7. With Windows 7 I've had no problems but it's also on a different PC. With Windows 8.1 Preview it didn't bug me since it's not a final product. But with stable Windows 8, otherwise working just fine and also working fine with several other Security solutions it's really starting to bug me - even if I don't need the firewall that much at least at this time.
