Sir

I buy internet security and installed it by using the password and username after I register in bit defender.

But after I got one mail from noreply-eng@element5.com with a user name and pass word I uninstall the program and again installed with the user name and pass word provided by noreply-eng@element5.com

Please help me

Which pass word is correct?

If I want to install again with user name and password provided by bit defender is it possible?

Dear Koshy Varghese,

The best thing you can do is contacting customer care. You can contact them here. Enter your question select customer care afterwards. Did you bought only license each time? That could be the cause why you received two mails. Normally you can change the amount of users that you want to purchase a license key for. Contact als element 5.
