Pre-sales Question

Options

Symantec lets me chat, in real time, with a representative. While simply browsing the product line.


Unfortunately, that product line ######.


With Bitdefender, on the other hand, I can't see a way to ask a pre-sales question AT ALL. Every contact method asks me for a license key.


I've posted a question in the forum, but based on prior experience, it stands about a 0.000003% chance of getting a reply from a Bitdefender rep of any type.


Any advice, before I drop the whole idea out of disgust?

    I did try Chat, and it did take me about 2-3 times get get through. You don't need to enter a license key, but if it doesn't seem like it works, try again. Joel on Chat was very nice, and confirmed the above. The link antikythera gave you does have an option for phone support, which is not toll free.


    Is there a pre-sales question we could try to answer? I did see your other post concerning the cost and features of BD W8 and Total Security/Family Pack, which I will try to answer the best I can.
