Hi there I have just received an email regarding auto-renewal for the above product. Another subscription will be taken by the end of November. I do not want this as I no longer require the software.


I tried the digital river link (findmyorder.com) and logged in successfully using my original order number and a password. I then went to manage subscription (which I assume would be where it can be cancelled). I used my registered email address and password but this did not work. I received a warning that my email address is not valid. The irony is that I can use the same email request to receive a password reminder:)


Could somebody please cancel the auto renewal for me please?
