Bitdefender Error In Adobe Flash Player

I found some error which can't play any video(except YouTube Player) via Adobe Flash Player.

Adobe Player just show me a green-screen, not a normal video and stopping initial loading and buffering.

It seems that Bitdefender blocks the Adobe Flash Player because I soved this problem by off the Block Port Scan option(or allowing some options in General rules).

I don't know what program is a fault on this error. Adobe Flash Player? Bitdefender?

My environment : Windows 8.1 64bit, Bitdefender Windows Security 8

Same environment plus Firefox 25.0.1 and Flash 11.9.900.152

I have not noticed any problems viewing Flash videos except for some blocked by Firefox and its extensions that I have installed.
