Im Desperate With Viruses

I already 3rd time formatted my hard drive did slow format, cleans new install from DVD windows 8.1 and always i got a virus, better said BD doesnt see nay viruses but this happens:
I have two hdds in my laptop, one SSD which i formatted and one just for school and work things, this i havent formatted yet but after reinstall i first checked it with bittorent but no issue found
Usually after second boot, BD turns red action centre says my spyware firewall and antivirus protection is turned off and i cant turn BD on again, since then my computer freezes every 5-50 minutes and im totally desperate that what to do... Please any help welcomed,
