Quick Scan Dont Scan Anything!

i have the latest build of bitdefender internet security... all the updates. I installed windows8.1 than reinstall bitdefender. EVERYTHING was fine... now when i scan one time its ok but when i do another scan the scan dont scan anything!... ''scanned items: 0'' wtf

Maybe, there's nothing to worry about... maybe it's the Photon technology working... or, maybe I'm wrong...

Photon technology

You hit the nail on the head there. Basically if files aren't modified or replaced between scans it will skip checking them.
