Bitdefender Total Security 2014 Interfering With Driver Installs

Hello.

I just finished a new build on a new gaming rig, got windows 8.1 and everything was going great until I got to the driver install portion, and was running into major problems, drivers wouldn't install , after a lot of trial and error, I discovered Bitdefender wouldn't allow or was interfering with driver installs on my sound blaster ZXR and My NVidia 780 TI.

I uninstalled BD installed all my drivers and then reinstalled BD and everything went fine after that point, but, please tell me I am not going to uninstall BD every time I am updating a driver, that's a huge deal breaker

Welcome to the Bitdefender forums.

This happens usually when a driver is silently blocked by Active Virus Control. Please indicate a direct download link for those drivers, to run a few tests on them.
