Add Network To Trusted Sites In Bd Cloud Console

I have two networks connected over a lan to lan tunnel. Bitdefender firewall is block printer and domain communication. I have attempted to create a new rule added the 2 subnets for local and remote and set to allow for ports 1-65535 but it is still preventing communication. There has to be a better way to do this then just disabling the firewall, any input would be appreciated.

    I've actually never had to do this myself, but the main reason I'm replying is to "bump" your post as this seems like an easy enough problem to solve. Anyways, one thing you could do while you're waiting for a forum reply is contact Bitdefender Professional support. Then you will at least have two sources of help. One in the forums, and a ticket open with Professional support. That way, you increase your chances of getting an appropriate answer. The link to customer support is here:

    Here you will find options for email, chat, and phone support. But to be honest, the guys at phone support are just general knowledge guys. Your best bet would be using email support.
