Ms Office Freezes

Hi,

Very often, Word and Excel (Office 2010) don't respond when I want to save. The result: all work is lost, even the original file has vanished. By Googling I found out many others have this problem and they all use Bitdefender Anti Virus.

So, can someone please help me out, is there something I can do in the settings of my Bitdefender Interent Security 2013 so this stops from happening? I run Windows 8 btw (shouldn't matter, I think)

You could try adding Office 2010 to Bitdefender's exclusions list, but I'd also recommend contacting Customer Support:
