Where Are The Port Settings?

Where are port settings in Total Security 2014? I'm trying to set-up a dedicated server for a game and having forwarded the right port on my router I'm still having difficulty finding he server so I think my firewall might be blocking it. I've added the rules for the .exe's but how do I allow the port number?
