Help! I Uninstalled Bitdefender Free, Now I Can't Reinstall
As I previously posted, I couldn't log in to My Bitdefender from the Bitdefender screen no matter what I tried, so I uninstalled Bitdefender Free using the uninstall tool (Gonzalez) and then restarted the computer. Now when I try to re-install Bitdefender Free, I first get shunted to another address because Bitdefender could access certain installation files, and then when I finally get into the install process, I get the error message "error while installing installation files." I even did it again with my Windows Firewall shut off, and got the same result. Nothing's changed on my computer since I originally installed Bitdefender Free a week or so ago. What can I do?
