Virus Detected In Temp Folder

with my AVC and shield setting at aggressive mode ,The antivirus detected 2 viruses in temporary folder .However the subsequent scans did not reveal any thing .I am now confused If my system is still infected of that was false positive .

    Completed a rescue scan of my system which did not find any malware . Now the confusion increases even further.


    Now there comes a nice idea to rescan the alerts and automatically remove the alert if the threat vanished or issue resolved :D
