Bd 2008 Firewall Driver And Realtime Protection

I recently aquired BD 2008 total internet security and instaled/updated it, but my ontime protection isnt working at all and the firewall ist responding because it doesnt initialize the firewall's drivers. What can i do to fix these if they have not already been reported?

Other topics talk about the fireall not letting ny program communicate with the internet, bt i dont even have the firewall running yet, so any one care to help me make it run. And i would also like to use the Realtime protection.

Hello SagePR,

Try to make a Repair installation of BitDefender:

Start -> All Programs -> BitDefender 2008 -> Repair or Remove (Choose Repair)

If you are running Windows Vista, uninstall BitDefender and re-run the installation kit with administrative privileges (right click on the installer and select Run as Administrator).
